Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at inquiry@eduxtrainingcenter.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Our next official start date is August 11, and the course runs for 13 weeks (approximately 3 months).

However, we now follow a rolling intake, which means you don’t have to wait for the official start date. If you miss the first week, you can still join in the following weeks and continue from there. You’ll complete the topics in a full cycle—just in a different order. This flexible setup allows you to start anytime and still complete the entire program.

A rolling intake means students can enroll and start at different times throughout the year—not just during one fixed start date.

Because each weekly topic is standalone and doesn’t require a prerequisite, you can begin the course at any point. For example, if you start on Week 3, you’ll continue through the cycle and finish the course with Weeks 1 and 2 at the end. This flexible timetable is designed to help you start sooner and finish faster—without missing any essential lessons.

To ensure you complete all required topics, we recommend finishing the full 13-week cycle, even if you start late.

However, if you prefer not to complete the missed weeks, you’ll need to attend an Academic Intervention Session with our Academic Manager. During this session, we will assess whether it’s appropriate for you to skip the missed content.

🔹 Fee for Academic Intervention:

  • ₱2,000 for the first 1–2 missed weeks
  • ₱500 for each additional week missed

Please note that approval is not guaranteed and will depend on the Academic Manager’s evaluation of your readiness to proceed without the missed lessons.

After completing the full course requirements—including the practical assessment—you will receive your certificate in International Caregiving Course.

If you chose the Dual Certification with TESDA, your TESDA NCII will follow the processing time of TESDA.

Our internationally recognized training equips you with the skills needed for caregiving roles abroad.

While EduX Training Center is not a recruitment agency and does not guarantee employment , we may refer qualified graduates to our trusted partner agencies overseas for potential job opportunities — subject to the agency’s screening, qualifications, and hiring process.

Yes! We offer occasional discounts, scholarship programs, and special partner rates (e.g., SWU students). Follow our page or message us directly to check current promotions.

Our International Certificate supports your qualifications but keep in mind that visa approvals depend on other factors, such as job offers, English requirements, and immigration laws. We recommend consulting a licensed migration agent for your visa application

Our caregiving course provides internationally aligned training that can help strengthen your job application. However, employment in Australia is not guaranteed and depends on the employer’s requirements, visa eligibility, and other qualifications.

We recommend consulting with licensed recruitment or migration professionals for up-to-date job and visa requirements in Australia.

This course is not directly credited as an Australian qualification, and it does not automatically count toward further study in Australia.

However, you may apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) through our partner Registered Training Organization (RTO) in Australia.
RPL is a formal process that allows you to have your previous learning and work experience assessed to determine if it can be credited toward a nationally recognized qualification in Australia.

Yes. EduX offers RPL assistance through our partner RTO in Australia for a separate fee.

RPL is a process that allows your prior learning, skills, and practical training to be formally recognized by a registered Australian training provider. We assist qualified graduates in preparing their evidence, such as:

  • Training certificates and records
  • Practical assessment videos
  • Work experience documentation (if applicable)
